Planning fee, charged once your brief is settled and credited in full to your booking. Kept if planning is abandoned. Date changes, also during planning, carry a CHF 200 re-booking fee.

What is the CHF 200 planning fee?
It covers the work of building your proposal: research, availability checks with locals, railways and mountain operators, and the day by day plan. We ask for it only once your brief is settled, after our questions and a rough cost indication. It is credited in full to your booking. If planning is abandoned, it is kept. It is never refunded.
What if my dates change?
A date change carries a CHF 200 re-booking fee, also while we are still planning. Prices and availability cannot be guaranteed after a change; some items may no longer be available.
What exactly do you arrange?
Experiences with locals from LocalBini’s network, private transport by car, van or coach, rail seats including the scenic trains, mountain railway and cable car tickets, restaurant and activity reservations. Hotels are recommended and, on request, reserved. Nothing is bundled in advance: you ask for what you need.
How long is a proposal valid?
Three days unless we tell you otherwise. Everything is custom and live: some reservations, for example scenic train seats in high season, can only be held for 24 hours, and we say so in the proposal.
How far ahead should we ask?
Four to eight weeks for most trips. Scenic trains and summit railways in July, August and over Christmas need more; last minute is possible when availability allows.
