1. How planning works
After a request, LocalBini AG reviews it and comes back within one working day with follow-up questions, a first outline and a rough cost indication. Once the brief is settled, LocalBini AG sends a payment link for the planning fee. Full planning starts when the planning fee is paid and results in a proposal with prices.
2. Planning fee
The planning fee is CHF 200. It is credited in full against the invoice of the resulting booking. If planning is abandoned by the customer, or no booking is made, the planning fee is kept by LocalBini AG. The planning fee is never refunded.
3. Date changes and amendments
A change of travel dates requested by the customer carries a re-booking fee of CHF 200. This applies during planning as well as after a booking is confirmed. After a date change, LocalBini AG cannot guarantee the same prices or the availability of the same services; some items may no longer be available and will be replaced or removed from the plan with the customer's agreement. Other amendments to a confirmed booking are handled on request and may carry the costs charged by the operators concerned.
4. Proposals, payment and booking
A proposal is valid for 3 days from the date it is sent, unless LocalBini AG informs the customer of a shorter period; because the services are custom and live, some reservations can only be held for 24 hours. To complete the bookings the full amount of the proposal is paid, by card (plus a 2.9% card fee) or by bank transfer (free), against one invoice from LocalBini AG. Bookings are made once the payment has been received. Prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT where applicable.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation 30 days or more before the start date of the trip, counted in the time zone of the trip: refundable items are refunded in full; non refundable items are charged. The proposal marks which items are refundable. Cancellation less than 30 days before the start date: the trip is non refundable. The planning fee is never refunded. LocalBini AG advises customers to take out travel insurance.
6. Scope
LocalBini AG arranges the services requested by the customer: experiences with locals, transport, rail and mountain tickets, reservations and, on request, accommodation. Services are provided à la carte as listed in the proposal. Conditions of railway, mountain and other operators are passed on unchanged where they exceed these terms.
7. General terms and privacy
