One request, one proposal, one invoice.
This is how a trip is planned with us, including what it costs and what happens if something changes, before you commit to anything.
Request
You fill in the form: dates, group, interests, the services you want handled, a budget range and when we can reach you. Five minutes.
Review
Within one working day we come back with our follow-up questions, a first outline (regions, rhythm, what we would arrange) and a rough cost, so you know what you are asking for before paying anything.
Planning fee
Once the brief is clear, we send a card payment link for the CHF 200 planning fee. Full planning starts when it is paid. The fee is credited to your booking and kept if planning is abandoned.
Proposal
The full plan: locals, transport, tickets, reservations, day by day, priced. A proposal is valid for 3 days unless we tell you otherwise; some reservations can only be held for 24 hours.
Payment and booking
To complete the bookings the trip is paid in full, by card (plus 2.9% card fee) or bank transfer, against one invoice from LocalBini AG with the CHF 200 credited.
Travel
One contact number for the whole trip. Weather moves a mountain day, a train is late: we rearrange with the locals on the ground.
The planning fee is charged once your brief is settled, before full planning starts. It is credited in full to your booking. If planning is abandoned, it is kept: it pays for the availability checks and the work of the plan. It is never refunded.
While you travel
One number.
Your planner stays reachable by phone and WhatsApp during the trip. Weather moves a mountain day, a train is late, a child is tired: we rearrange with the locals on the ground and tell you what changed.
Terms in short
What you should know.
- Date changes, also during planning: CHF 200 re-booking fee. Prices and availability cannot be guaranteed; some items may no longer be available.
- Cancellation: 30 days or more before the start of the trip (in the trip's time zone), refundable items are refunded in full and non refundable items are charged. Inside 30 days the trip is non refundable. We advise travel insurance.
- The CHF 200 planning fee is never refunded.
- Prices in Swiss francs. Card payments carry a 2.9% card fee; bank transfer is free.
- You buy the services you ask for, à la carte. We do not pre bundle. Hotels recommended, and reserved on request.
