Before you send

  • CHF 200 planning fee once the brief is settled, credited to the booking, never refunded.
  • Date changes, also during planning: CHF 200 re-booking fee, prices and availability not guaranteed.
  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip: refundable items refunded, non refundable items charged. Inside 30 days: non refundable. Travel insurance advised.
  • Proposals are valid 3 days unless we say otherwise; full payment completes the bookings.
